Chaz Ross-Munro, CPSM has joined ProjectMark as our Director of Marketing.
Chaz brings 16 years of AEC marketing experience and worked for firms such as LendLease, HOK, Burns & McDonnell, Florida Design Consultants, and Hamilton Engineering. Most recently, she was the Manager of Professional Services for Unanet CRM and a consultant for CKearney Consulting.
In addition to Chaz's AEC marketing and CRM expertise, she is a published author and has written two books. Her first book: Sink or Swim Faster! Making a Splash in Marketing Professional Services is a great resource to help onboard new AEC marketers. Chaz's second book was co-authored with Courtney Kearney and is called CRM or Die: Manage Your Client Relationships or Perish. CRM or Die is a fantastic resource for helping firms source and implement a CRM solution more effectively.
She is a Certified Professional Service Marketer (CPSM), a contributor to the SMPS Marketer, previously held a Certified Foundation (CF APMP) through the Association of Professional Management Professionals (APMP), and was a Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
